Each artwork from yontuart is a unique creation, crafted with meticulous care and heartfelt dedication to enhance our world. As the artist, Yavuz Aksu, I guarantee the authenticity and originality of each piece, affirming that every painting represents a unique moment immortalized with branches in colors. With the provided documentation of authenticity and the artwork itself, you can be assured that you own a genuine, exclusive art piece that captures the true spirit of our connection.

Warranty
The paintings on the acrylic plate are handmade and unique, like a taken photograph, the same moment can not be created therefore the actual painting cannot be replicated. However for fully damaged paintings, please contact us for potential new creation, we may provide you some replacement options.
The wooden base's LED and electrical components are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.

Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:

Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or improper handling, including but not limited to exposure to extreme temperatures, humidity, liquid or physical impacts.

Damage caused by unauthorized repairs, modifications, or alterations.

Damage due to normal wear and tear not apparent on the original product.

Damage caused by using unauthorized or incompatible USB cables or chargers.

Any cosmetic damage that does not affect the functionality of the product.

​Warranty Claims
To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:
a) Contact us
Reach out to our team at contact us page to report the issue. Provide proof of purchase, including the registration number, purchase date and receipt.

b) Evaluation and Replacement
Upon evaluation of the wood base, we will determine whether the issue falls under warranty coverage. If so, we will replace the defective product at no charge. If the product is deemed out of warranty or not covered, we will provide an estimate for replacement costs.
c) Limitation of Liability
The yontuart’s liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. In no event shall yontuart be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the product, including but not limited to lost profits or personal injury.
