• After you complete your purchase, you will be officially registered as a Participant based on the information you provide.

• Your 6x6 cm photo, which you submit, will be printed onto a 16x15 cm plexiglass plate using UV printing technology.

• The edges of your photo will then be artistically framed with hand-painted, tree-inspired patterns, crafted with care and in the color scheme of your choice. Much like a time stamp, the moment is sealed in time with colors, becoming a unique and personal artwork.

• Your physical artwork will then be digitized and immortalized, creating a unique digital record. You will receive full ownership of this exclusive version of your artwork.

The size of the artwork is set at 16x15 cm and cannot be adjusted. However, the piece is tailored to your preferences based on the color options you select during the purchase process.

Your purchased artwork is part of a limited collection comprising 100,000 pieces. The delivery of your artwork is based on the order in which you made your purchase. Given that each piece is handcrafted and personalized, the estimated delivery times are as follows:

• First delivery: 5,000 artworks delivered within 120 days, following that and upon order continuation regularly;

• Second delivery: 10,000 artworks delivered within 60 days

• Third delivery: 35,000 artworks delivered within 90 days

• Final Delivery: The final 50,000 pieces will be completed and delivered within the subsequent 95 days, completing the entire production of 100,000 artworks.

Yes, the unique artwork you acquire will be merged with those others, total 100.000 participants to create a collective digital masterpiece. By participating, you become a permanent part of this monumental collection, which will be the largest ever assembled both physically and digitally. We will apply Guinness World Records to evaluate the record registration. Please note that by participating to this project, you consent to your artwork being combined with others' artworks in this digital masterpiece project as well.

Yes, 10% of the proceeds will be used to support 100 companies or initiatives operating in the field of green economy, contributing to our environment and our planet. These 100 companies will be selected through the votes of the artwork owners.

All participants will have the opportunity to vote on which companies should receive support from the pool. The top 100 companies with the most votes will be selected for funding.

A dedicated pool will be created for companies, start ups in their early or growth stages, working in the field of the green economy. Eligible companies, meeting the criteria set by Yontuart, will be able to register on our website, app, or another digital platform designated by Yontuart. Within this pool, you will discover their missions and the unique benefits they offer in return for our support, ranging from special usage rights to exclusive participation opportunities.

By allocating 10% of the net proceeds from the auction sale of the collective artwork, the returns acquired from the supported companies will be evaluated to be directed towards various social, cultural, or economic projects for the benefit of the Community.

Examples of such benefits may include:

• Free access to digital art or green innovation exhibitions,

• Organization of art and creativity workshops,

• Cultural event scholarships for the Community,

• Discounted or priority access for Community members to the first product series released by the supported companies,

• Exclusive “pre-launch” or “trial” rights reserved for the Community,

• Online trainings and webinars (in areas such as green economy, art, entrepreneurship, etc.),

Since the detailed usage plan and benefit criteria will be determined upon completion of the project, all conditions will be announced transparently to all Participants through Yontuart Platforms and its official social media accounts.

Your hand-painted artwork is also immortalized in the digital realm with a unique certificate of ownership. This digital proof is delivered to you free of charge using the details you provided when purchasing the artwork.

We will securely pack and ship your artwork. A tracking number will also be sent to your registered email.

As the Artwork is produced specifically for the individual, the right of withdrawal does not apply. Returns are not accepted except in cases such as incorrect delivery of the Artwork.

As you might expect, hand-designing/painting and recording 100,000 pieces as part of the project involves significant effort and careful follow-up. Therefore, in order not to cause mishandling, the photos sent cannot be changed. The aim here is to immortalize the memory you have determined in the first place with a unique frame.
