  • Connect the integrated USB cable to a compatible USB power source (such as a USB wall adapter, computer port, or power bank). The cable includes a built-in click button that functions as the on/off switch.

2. Power Connection & Safety

Use the Correct USB Source

Always use the USB cable included in the original packaging. We are not responsible for issues caused by incompatible accessories.

Avoid Liquids and Heat

Keep the wooden base and USB cable away from liquids, excessive heat, or moisture to prevent electrical damage.

Check Before Use
Inspect the cable and USB port for dust or damage before connecting to power. Do not use damaged cables.

3. Handling

Handle the acrylic-painted plexiglass plate by its edges. Avoid touching the painted surface to prevent smudging or scratching.

Use clean, dry gloves or a soft cloth when handling to prevent transferring oils or dirt.

For the wooden base, lift by the sides or bottom.

4. Environmental Conditions

Temperature and Humidity

Keep the plate and base in a stable environment with temperatures between 65-75°F (18-24°C) and relative humidity between 40-50%.

Avoid exposure to extreme temperatures or high humidity, which can cause warping of the plexiglass and damage to the paint, wooden base and LED components.

Light and Obejct Exposure

Protect all pieces including the plate, wood base and cable from dust, dirt, any objects, any forms of direct liquids, heat, moisture or sunlight from any external sources.

5. Cleaning and Maintenance

Cleaning the Plexiglass Plate and the Wooden Base

Dust the surface gently using a soft, dry microfiber cloth. Avoid any abrasive materials, water or cleaning agents that may damage the paint, the plate and the wood base.

6. Emergency Response

Damage

Although plexiglass plates are much more impact-resistant than glass, they can still pose a physical hazard if broken or misused. Sharp edges or shattered pieces can cause injuries.  In case of accidental damage to the plexiglass plate or wooden base, contact a professional conservator or repair specialist for advice and repairs. Avoid attempting repairs yourself.

If liquid comes into contact with the plate to protect the paint on it, immediately dry it using a dry cloth with a gentle touch-and-pull motion.

If liquid comes into contact with the wood base, do not use it and have it inspected by an electrician.

Battery or LED Issues

If the LED lights malfunction carefully disconnect and seek professional assistance for repair or replacement of the LED system.
