What is yontuart, what is its purpose?

yontuart is a platform showcasing works of Yavuz Aksu who is just another being striving for harmony with himself and the universe, and is driven by the desire to make "self" better and contribute to better World.

The aim of yontuart is to artistically and uniquely illustrate the interconnectedness of all things and evaluate its resources to create ways for all livings to experience life in a sustainable, fair and equal way.

How does the process work to create a personalized artwork?

Accepted Answer

After you complete your purchase, you will be officially registered as a Participant based on the information you provide.
Your 6x6 cm photo, which you submit, will be printed onto a 16x15 cm plexiglass plate using UV printing technology.
The edges of your photo will then be artistically framed with hand-painted, tree-inspired patterns, crafted with care and in the color scheme of your choice. Much like a time stamp, the moment is sealed in time with colors, becoming a unique and personal artwork.
Your physical artwork will then be digitized and immortalized, creating a unique digital record. You will receive full ownership of this exclusive version of your artwork.

Do you ship to worldwide?

Accepted Answer

If there is no restrictions in destination country, yes, we ship worldwide.

Is there any chance for customization in terms of size, color, and style?

Accepted Answer

The size of the artwork is set at 16x15 cm and cannot be adjusted. However, the piece is tailored to your preferences based on the color options you select during the purchase process.

What is the estimated delivery time for the artwork?

Accepted Answer

Your purchased artwork is part of a limited collection comprising 100,000 pieces. The delivery of your artwork is based on the order in which you made your purchase. Given that each piece is handcrafted and personalized, the estimated delivery times are as follows:

First delivery: 5,000 artworks delivered within 120 days, following that and upon order continuation regularly;
Second delivery: 10,000 artworks delivered within 60 days
Third delivery: 35,000 artworks delivered within 90 days
Final Delivery: The final 50,000 pieces will be completed and delivered  within the subsequent 95 days, completing the entire production of 100,000 artworks.

Will my purchased artwork be incorporated into a single digital masterpiece featuring 100,000 artworks?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the unique artwork you acquire will be merged with those others, total 100.000 participants to create a collective digital masterpiece. By participating, you become a permanent part of this monumental collection, which will be the largest ever assembled both physically and digitally. We will apply Guinness World Records to evaluate the record registration. Please note that by participating to this project, you consent to your artwork being combined with others' artworks in this digital masterpiece project as well.

Will this digital masterpiece, consisting of the artworks of 100,000 participants, be auctioned later by a third party authorized auction house?

Accepted Answer

Yes, 10% of the proceeds will be used to support 100 companies or initiatives operating in the field of green economy, contributing to our environment and our planet. These 100 companies will be selected through the votes of the artwork owners.

Who will choose the companies to receive support?

Accepted Answer

All participants will have the opportunity to vote on which companies should receive support from the pool. The top 100 companies with the most votes will be selected for funding.

How will the supported companies be selected?

Accepted Answer

A dedicated pool will be created for companies, start ups in their early or growth stages, working in the field of the green economy. Eligible companies, meeting the criteria set by Yontuart, will be able to register on our website, app, or another digital platform designated by Yontuart. Within this pool, you will discover their missions and the unique benefits they offer in return for our support, ranging from special usage rights to exclusive participation opportunities.

Question 10

How will the gains from the supported companies be used for the benefit of the Participant Community?

Accepted Answer

By allocating 10% of the net proceeds from the auction sale of the collective artwork, the returns acquired from the supported companies will be evaluated to be directed towards various social, cultural, or economic projects for the benefit of the Community.

Examples of such benefits may include: 
Free access to digital art or green innovation exhibitions, 
Organization of art and creativity workshops, 
Cultural event scholarships for the Community, 
Discounted or priority access for Community members to the first product series released by the supported companies, 
Exclusive “pre-launch” or “trial” rights reserved for the Community, 
Online trainings and webinars (in areas such as green economy, art, entrepreneurship, etc.),  
Local or digital workshops and hackathons…

Since the detailed usage plan and benefit criteria will be determined upon completion of the project, all conditions will be announced transparently to all Participants through Yontuart Platforms and its official social media accounts.

How will you create my artwork’s digital version, when and how will I receive it?

Accepted Answer

Your hand-painted artwork is also immortalized in the digital realm with a unique certificate of ownership. This digital proof is delivered to you free of charge using the details you provided when purchasing the artwork.

How will the artwork be delivered?

Accepted Answer

We will securely pack and ship your artwork. A tracking number will also be sent to your registered email.

What happens if the project does not reach the intended number of participants?

Accepted Answer

This project is shaped as a process rather than a fixed outcome. The large-scale collage is imagined as a meeting point for thousands of individual stories, yet each artwork is created to exist fully on its own.

If the collective vision is not fully realized, your piece does not become part of an “unfinished” work. Instead, it remains a quiet trace of a moment held between intention and possibility.

Every personalized artwork is more than a fragment of a bigger image; it is a complete piece formed through a direct dialogue between you and the artist.

Joining the project means embracing a shared vision, not purchasing a guaranteed final result.

Whether the larger composition comes to life or not, your custom-made artwork will continue to stand independently, while the project itself evolves as a living idea.

What you receive is not only an object, but a place within an unfolding artistic story.

How do you prove the authenticity of your artworks?

The artwork you receive is recorded with a registration number and a photograph in our data sources. With these records, its originality can be proven. Please review our Warranty and Authenticity

As the Artwork is produced specifically for the individual, the right of withdrawal does not apply. Returns are not accepted except in cases such as incorrect delivery of the Artwork.

As you might expect, hand-designing/painting and recording 100,000 pieces as part of the project involves significant effort and careful follow-up. Therefore, in order not to cause mishandling, the photos sent cannot be changed. The aim here is to immortalize the memory you have determined in the first place with a unique frame.
